Collectively as a three we are going to work on the promotional designs however specifically we will do the designs for the following individually:

Kathryn - Poster
            - Group Leader

Shelley - Invitation

Arrabella - Leaflet

Although this is the contract outlining the responsibilities for each member of the group we will all contribute to the design decisions made however will not take over the completion of the designs from each other. We have also agreed to meet twice in a week so that we can keep each other up to date with the work we are completing at the changes that need to be made/the problems that need overcoming. We will also be able to do this through the use of a shared google drive document and a group chat. This will ensure that the communication between the group is consistent and available when required.
